Thanks for the feedback. We are disappointed to hear about your experience, but are pleased you were able to find the time to provide us your thoughts. We value all feedback and will continuously look for ways to enhance employee experience.
For starters, Competiscan has moved to a new, bigger and better location since you’ve left. If you are still referring to a Michigan Ave. address it has obviously been quite a while since you have worked at Competiscan. It is interesting to receive this review given our process, culture, and team have all been enhanced since your departure. We have upgraded our benefits, continue to offer flexible working schedules (allowing employees to work from home and have had a 0% turnover rate in the past 6 months). So your comment on rapid turnover simply does not fit. We have also recently promoted several Data Entry employees so it would seem employee retention and buy-in is already part of working at Competiscan.
We do not have a “one ear” headphone policy in place (and this policy has never existed, so perhaps you are mistaken); however we do allow the use of headphones since we do employ an open floor plan.
Competiscan does indeed have some production based jobs - not sure how a role we are hiring for which clearly outlines the need for goals could be misconstrued. For those roles, a large portion of the employee’s performance is indeed based on daily production outputs - it is an hourly/full-time position - not sure if you are suggesting we should alter this?
