There are many opportunities for career development and there’s lots of support provided to help you improve your skills and reach your career goals. The staff are very friendly, culturally diverse and approachable. The work is impactful and it feels like you’re making a tangible difference to consumers.

      Working for the public sector means you don’t get extravagant bonuses/gestures compared to the private sector, but your work is always valued and appreciated.

      Work-life balance. Interesting work and good people to work with.

      I would say that there's a lack of leadership courses offered at the lower levels but given to all of the higher levels which creates a barrier to expansion ironically. Hiring comes in waves at different levels, it's been quite quiet at HEO level and below for the first half of 2026.
