Where do I begin to describe the circus placed on a landfill that is this company? if I could give Compex a review of less than one star I would. To start their training structure, material, courses, guides, and trainers are nonexistent. Compex has a new system that always seems to break for the last 3 years now. Compex does not pay its employees enough, especially for the work load they require, and they know it and do not care. Once you show any aptitude for understanding the job they will give you more responsibility and will not give you a raise or follow through with promotion or raise paperwork. Management treats this place like its their house and they are exempt from treating you like an adult and will instead treat you like school children. Compex has clicks of favorite employees that is extremely sexist and borderline racist. Their favorites will tattle tell on other employees for things they are not themselves held accountable to and this behavior is awarded. in my time worked there I saw numerous accounts of racism, favoritism, nepotism, homophobia you name it. Not to mention most of their sight facilities like bathrooms are non-functional. Compex does not follow HIPAA laws for safely storing protected info for all its subpoena documents that come through their facility. Compex's clients even hate working with this company and I would strongly urge any potential clients to go anywhere else. When i started Compex was in the middle of a legal settlement for hiring and promoting an employee who came on from competitors and was giving Compex inside competitor trading info. When I left Compex they are in the midst of another law suit for improperly storing sensitive subpoena documents all over the office and this is confirmed. You will literally gain more skills and even be paid more to go wash dishes at McDonalds than work here. Compex does not support a healthy work life balance, they ask its employees to work a production/performance job and offer no incentives or bonus. Instead they require overtime in certain departments with the OT time being your only means for scrapping any extra pay out of this job.
