Reactie van Component Repair Technologies
8yWe’re sorry to hear that your experience at CRT was not ideal; this is certainly never our intent. We sincerely hope that you find that right opportunity for you!
The business of repairing components for commercial aircraft engines is an extremely challenging and technical one and we understand that this environment is not for everyone. With that said, our candidate screening processes tend to be more stringent than most businesses and at times there will be employees hired who are not able to perform at the necessary level. We do our best to work with new hires intensely, giving them the tools and skills necessary to be successful, however, one must understand that we not only have our customers’ needs at stake but also the safety of the flying public.
Regarding our retention of employees, CRT has a tremendous tenure amongst our workforce, so we’re not sure where someone would come to that conclusion. We are constantly celebrating employees retiring from CRT after having worked here for decades (two this past month).
Currently the CRT leadership team consists of just under 25% former or active military members. We do celebrate our veterans and active reservists who bring a tremendous amount of positive work habits and skills to the workforce like flexibility, grit, teamwork and problem solving skills.
