Pluspunten
The people are great, and there is great flexibility - they understand that humans have lives outside of work and are happy to work with you on what can work. Day to day everyone in the teams are always happy to help each other out and there is a lot of open collaboration. I feel like a valued member of my team and I never feel like I can't ask for help. The actual work is fun and paced well - if you like making a lot of meaningful changes you get plenty of opportunities to with the work streams and we are agile so we make changes when it makes sense to. They also pay well and there are some vesting stock options. There is full remote working if you aren't located near the Brisbane office and a few times in the year where we fly to Brisbane to have a face to face event of presentations and workshops, it's nice to connect face to face with your teams. We have gone through many changes through COVID and all the other world events that came after, and there were rocky periods but I think it's in a great place now.
Minpunten
There is an on call roster for our service level agreements so you may be woken up in the middle of the night - but this really very rarely happens. The teams for each products are a bit on the smaller side at the moment so the things we can work on at a point in time is limited. Otherwise I can't really think of too many bad sides - if you need frequent face to face time with your colleagues you won't get that unless you are near the Brisbane office.
