Pluspunten
The balance between work and home life was a positive. The benefits were decent and better than most companies I've worked for in the past. Dress code isnt too strict either - Wrist bands and tight shirts are OK in their book!
Minpunten
Compucom PMs are responsible for so many employees, it's impossible for them to truly manage them properly. Pay is not as competitive as they let on either.
