I worked in the IT Department at GE Healthcare. GE employees constantly change their minds and never gave CompuCom workers any decision rights, making work incredibly frustrating because nothing ever seemed to get done. You are kept in the dark on many decisions, which made it difficult to be successful. CompuCom's hands are tied because GE is the client & there was nothing they could do. Just a no win situation.
