Tried reimburse for certifications but the procedure is trick and needs to be approved two levels of management. After I got my certifications with my own money and time, I've uploaded to my profile on the company's intranet to try get into another position. I didn't get any response for new oportunities, instead I received an email requesting my certification badge id for the company use to gain a better status with the vendor.
