As my title suggests - this is the place that you can use to launch your career. This is a good place to start your career for the sake of gaining experience. Depending on where you are working , you will be exposed to multiple clients hence really expanding your exposure. Also excellent in certification growth - they pay 100% for major vendor exams.

Minpunten

I believe we are under industry standard compensation. Poor incentive for growth within. I know people who have accepted title promotions but no increased pay.

- Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

Minpunten

- Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises

Minpunten

Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
