since the merge with emd’s, there are no PROS.

Minpunten

Definitely no DE&I. But they claim the company is run on it. Definitely no respect for employee concerns. Once you’re hired you just a number. You can sit back for weeks with no training, not get the equipment you need to perform your job, no software setup (could take up to a month to get the software) and still get paid. So if you like to have down time, apply! Even when you get the tools you need, you’re not trained properly. And when you finallly have all the tools you need ? it a “do as I say” mentality.

Even though we have excellent employee engagement survey results including a proven and objectively positive DE&I results, you do not see any Pros in working with us.
