I applied with the company because I heard that it was a great place for lab techs who are just starting out in their careers to get concrete work experience. I expected to stay for maybe a year, learn everything I could, and then look elsewhere. But after 2 years with the company I can’t imagine leaving. CompuNet has everything I could want. The facilities are excellent. Expectations are reasonable. My coworkers are friendly and they pay as well as every other lab in the area. I don’t see any reason to leave.

COVID-19 has put a lot of pressure on the lab. The workload is 10x more intense than it was before the start of the pandemic and it feels like the work is never ending.
