It's a worst company to join! Yes you will destroy your career here. They will fire you without a strong reason. They have too much of micro management. Politics play a major role in the company. You will not know how team is playing games with you. They have stubborn people who do not want anybody new in their teams and also do not want any process or a change. Only the people who are flattery with their seniors can survive. Technology wise nothing to learn here. Old products are being maintained and survived. CEO doesn't really care while firing anyone and is not even interested to know the sufferings done to people here.
