Minpunten
70% managers are selfish. They only want their project to complete weather employee is in condition to do that work or not. The project they got is only copy-paste. You get word document and copy the content to html file. They dont have anything interesting, new technologies and challenging work to do. You need to do same work again and again as a result you will get frustrated and wanting to kill your manager. They dont even know how to close "script" tag in html file. If you are fresher then this company is not for you. I've join this company as a fresher and after 2 years i get nothing to learn, only know how to copy-paste. This kind of work can easily done by 12+ and college going student. So avoid this company because they dont care their employees and salary increment is not good.
