No communication between managers so it’s hard to know the right direction to head in.
You may often be doing nothing until a deadline needs to be met. It seems the management likes working under pressure so that’s how it always is. They will ask you to do a LOT of overtime to meet the deadline. Possibly working without a weekend for weeks. You aren’t required to work on the weekend by law, but they will hold it over your head for raises, time off, etc.
You aren’t updated on the projects you’ve been working on until they’re ready to tell you. You could still be working on the project when it was already cancelled weeks ago but no one will tell you.
Hard to get answers for anything. Managers will send you to other workers to answer your question or give you an answer, while another manager has a different answer.
