Pluspunten
Lenient and lax style in the Barcelona office, no dress code.
Minpunten
Management - as was said many times before, incompetent. The top-down management style is not necessarily a bad thing, but in the case of Computacenter Barcelona, nobody in middle management ever gets fired or seriously disciplined for their mistakes. Instead, this blame is often passed down to the undeserving L1 team or swept under the rug. If somebody new and very skilled comes into the company at a L1 level, their abilities, skills and effort are often largely ignored. You often get situations where TL and SAs are constantly relying on their L1's to solve problems, get information and train new employees. Many have been on the accounts longer, and would be a better TL or SA but are held back and never promoted due to unfair and discriminatory tactics and policies. There is no such thing as positive reinforcement at Computacenter (except for withing the TL and DM "communities"). Expect negative reinforcement and never being able to do enough to satisfy management. Salaries - Undoubtedly the single most frustrating thing about Computacenter are the salaries, especially for L1 Barcelona. The cost of living rises year after year, and the salaries do not budge. Also, a double-pay system in Jul and Dec like most of Spain has would work MIRACLES for an L1 employee. Being able to receive double salary for Christmas would change the lives and attitude of your employees for the rest of the year. The amount of stress you would reduce from the L1s and their families would blow your mind. I'm going to stop now because these things have been said many times before. It keeps coming up on glassdoor because Management will not listen.
