Pluspunten
Easy to get a job, they took even the ones that were doing terribly doing the training. First project where I worked had good training, workload was ok, not too much pressure.
Minpunten
Second project offered very little training but you were supposed to give support for a wide range of IT issues. Generally badly organized, lots of pressure and time contraints. Internal technical problems that keep you from doing your job properly. Many complaints from the clients. Took the project management ages to organize the additional benefits you're supposed to receive after a certain time (health insurance), so I couldn't benefit from it because I was already leaving the company by the time they sent the insurance letter.
