The company's leadership structure has substantial problems. Executives appear to have absolute control and act as if they own the company. The CEO displays selfish tendencies, seemingly unaware that his executives are misusing company funds by awarding themselves inflated salaries and bonuses without providing corresponding value. In addition, the company's financial statements contain inaccurately reported revenue, apparently intended to justify executive bonuses that are not warranted, particularly for the CFO.
