Employees are recognized and the pay is better than average. Everyone is pleasant to work with. On occasions where there was a lot of work and we were too busy to go out for lunch, food got ordered so that everyone could have lunch. If you have a doctor's appointment the manager is accommodating and there are never any problems if you need to take days off. As long as you work hard and do your job management supports you 100%. You work as a team and if there is something you don't know they will teach you.

The building is a bit old fashioned without amenities.

Unprofessional upper management. The company has a start-up environment despite being around for 40 years. CEO likes to be involved in all operations, which is not a good thing.
