This company is like a tiny dictatorship. The staff don't talk to each other and silence reigns, which is usually a sign of poor staff relationships, similar to a large corporation. At first, I had a series of friendly interviews with this place, was hired, spent several weeks training there, and then when I went to the management to politely voice a personal concern, they fired me on the spot within five minutes, throwing away all the training both I and they had just invested. They were that threatened by me(I'm a very meek person, by the way). And I've never been fired before in my life. There are no employee rights here. It's their way or get out. If you want that kind of rigid management, you can go work for a giant corporation and get the same effect. If you want to contribute ideas and have your voice heard, you should look elsewhere.
