You can work it from only one address. They do not make exceptions. Also, you can not chose the days for the home office. No additional health inssurance before 6th month. They can change the schedule whenever it is convinient for them. They can fire you in the probation period which is 6 months. After the probation period their notice is 1 month. For the employee the notice is 2 months all the time. When you decide to quit the job, they are cutting all home office days for the remaining period.
