      Honestly, this is one of the worst company cultures I’ve ever seen. The level of micromanagement is unreal. A perfectly good day gets ruined just by the constant feeling that we’re not trusted. If you don’t trust your employees this much, then maybe don’t hire them in the first place. Being treated like a prisoner the moment we walk in—checked, monitored, questioned—really makes it feel less like a workplace and more like a detention center. I agreed to the job in exchange for pay and benefits not to feel like suspects.

      A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

      Minpunten

      Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Minpunten

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
