Management was too anti-employee. In my time, because our account wasn’t meeting the quota, some of us were sent to go home without pay for the remaining hours of the shift at 2/3 am unless we get high CSAT scores. But how is that going to be possible when they don’t let them take calls to compensate for their DSATs because they’re forced to go home?

Pluspunten

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Minpunten

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Minpunten

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
