Great people and people engagement - solid vision, values and goals. Company strive to create an innovative environment and welcome ideas.

Minpunten

Not the greatest salary on the lower scale in comparison to similar organisations but this is outweighed by the experience you can get in different business areas and departments. Sometimes difficult to know where to go to find support due to the size of company and global structure.

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
