Owned by SYNNEX, but SYNNEX treats Concentrix employees like red headed stepchildren. Company is growing extremely fast and they haven't hired any management teams to help them figure out how to correctly do it. Only four microwaves to be shared by 200+ employees, refuses to supply more. Corporate has changed PTO accrual rates 3 times since the start of 2017 and it's only Feb. Parking lot is not big enough to accommodate all employees. Currently renting 2 buildings which are separated by A HIGH SCHOOL! Who does that??? No yearly incentive raises, no cost of living raises. No training for certain programs. No room for advancement. Outbound programs are pathetic, in that their campaigns are about webinars or "do you know who your rep is" or asking survey questions. The work is meaningless but yet the supervisors come down hard on you.
