Work from home, equipment was supplied.

Minpunten

Unprofessional training methods, they played " Peanut Butter and Jelly " song at break time. Waiting 4 hrs on first day of training for help that never came, Over 30 people in the training group with only 3 trainers. I quit after 5hrs and a month later still no pay check.

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Minpunten

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Minpunten

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
