      Work at home is only perk. I would rather drive an hour

      Extremely micro managed. Very low pay. Get written up for use of bathroom which is insane. Rude trainer very unprofessional. I have needed to see doctor for anxiety from this job. It is terrible.

      Pluspunten

      A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

      Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
