Recent changes in PTO program are just wrong. Been there going on 5years. Have had 2 weeks paid vacation until now. Today I find out that we have to earn our vacation/PTO from scratch. Earn rate is 0.833 minutes per hour worked. No more guaranteed vacations now. At the earn rate that is being used, it will take way over the normal 2080 work hours in year to build just 40 hours of vacation time. PTO and vacation time are now in the same bank. Quite unfair. Pay raises are non existant. Started at $14.50 and am still at that rate. You have to keep track of your own hours worked too. All this change in less than a month.
