Management let's you have an input on days you prefer to work and hours also.

Minpunten

Not near enough training involved for the type of work involved. I was able to figure things but I struggled. Eventually I was able to do my job very well. I worked here for over 7 yrs. In that time I had many different supervisors, some good, some not so good. My last supervisor kept looking for things I didn't do right. In the end she won and I lost my job. In a company that uses a point scale, I had a total of 0 points. I prided myself on my wonderful work ethic here. One person should not be allowed to do what she did. The next company I decide to go to work for, I am going to try to keep something like this from happening again.

Pluspunten

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Minpunten

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
