      Thank you for your review, we can genuinely empathize with our staff who had to make the fast shift to work at home in the past few months. We really appreciate the feedback and your honesty when it comes to some of the challenges due to COVID-19. The safety of our staff and their families is important to us and we appreciate you doing your part to move to a home based office quickly.

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Minpunten

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
