Standard hours, great colleagues and few amazing managers who actually cared about us! I met many interesting people from all over the world

Minpunten

Minimum wage... Micromanagement and favoritism, HR is doing nothing for improvement, no career progression even if I requested many times for PDP programmes, they always found a silly excuse. One of the managers that he was literally useless told us (his team) that we are all numbers and replaceable... ( this is something we all know but a manager or a company shouldnt tell you this in your face. HR didn't even bother to make an exit interview to me and this is a mandatory for people who are leaving

Hello dear ex-colleague, thank you for the feedback. It's a great pity that you obviously didn't feel comfortable with us, as it is very important to us to create a working atmosphere in which our colleagues feel comfortable. In order to achieve this, we depend on the direct feedback of every single employee. As a company we believe in the fair and equitable treatment of all staff at all times. Pluspunten

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Minpunten

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
