Since the merger of IBM BPO in to Concentrix,the company is set to give a promising touch in employee career. The legacy Concentrix had a good employee relationship and the hope is to continue the same. Everything at the moment is like BJP campaign tagline "acche din aayenge"
Minpunten
The leadership who have come from the IBM pose a real threat to to employees.Their focus in on increasing the profit margin as they have now new bosses to please, and do not seem to reflect the the value in people. With the merger they do not have a good building of their own for ex IBMer. The HR policies are currently a mirror of IBM Daksh policies and this transition time is a nightmare for the ex IBMers.There is not clear direction and guidance on career for the mid management.
