      Pluspunten

      - Experience and Knowledge in digital marketing in the field of Facebook, Instagram and audience network. - Fully home office (in corona times) - Salary is pretty good for the job you are doing.

      Minpunten

      - You get tower PC. Which is inconvenient when you are working in home office. - Growing in the company is a bit limited. Unless you want to go for roles as teamleader. or make a step sideways. - Getting a fixed contract is difficult. (can take up to 3 years). - Difference in manager/team leader qualities. Some managers have the tendency to micro manage because of the huge pressure on them. But some managers are more skilled in leadership.

      Pluspunten

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Minpunten

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
