Pluspunten

Nice office, nice supervisors, good benefits immediately after 6 week training, vacation, holiday and sick pay, close to residence, casual atmosphere.

Minpunten

Low pay in relation to stress level, under a microscope with calls being QA dept., Lack of tech support for products you are being called on. Only negative feedback from management. Each minute is under a microscope, products are released before being trained.

Pluspunten

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Minpunten

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Minpunten

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
