Basically the will give you all the advice and support you need to get your job done if you feel your struggling with the pressure. If you have worked in a Call-Centre before you will find it "peaceful", we where contracted for a Bank as part of the Fraud Unit

Managerial Positions are very difficult to get to, even as a Team leader, because in our case we where Supervised by the Banks " our employer" own staff, so basically "you where hired for this and full stop"
