      Pay is good, 25 days of vacation, sales team is works from the office so good communication and team huddles.

      micro management, constantly under staffed and over worked

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Minpunten

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
