      Known for letting people go without any warning until the last minute, hires people who rely on the work for their visa status and then tell them their contracts wont be renewed literally days before the end, having known for months that this would be the case, but not informing their workers. Terrible communication from the management down as a whole throughout the company.

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Minpunten

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
