      Attending the Culture Roadshow was truly exciting! The opportunity to immerse myself in our company's values, beliefs, and vision was both inspiring and motivating. It was evident that the Culture Roadshow was not just an event but a celebration of what makes our workplace unique and special. In our daily operations, I see our culture shine through in various ways. The emphasis on collaboration, respect, and innovation is ingrained in everything we do. Whether it's through team meetings, project collaborations, or even simple interactions in the hallway, our culture permeates every aspect of our work lives.

      A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

      Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Minpunten

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
