Pluspunten

Non as of such. It was far better as IBM Daksh. Even the toilet paper was missing on World Paper Day. 'DU Telecom' was a very nice process. After Concentrix took over IBM Daksh, Process got ramp down within a yr. Simply WOW!!

Minpunten

Hopeless company. Very bad management. The higher level only thinks of their own profit & not for their employees. All they know is playing Table Tennis the whole day. Looks like they get paid to play Table Tennis.

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Minpunten

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Minpunten

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
