Working from Home, Salary is ok.

Minpunten

No good benefits. Most of the time you will not be able to help the customer and you will simply need to warp the truth or sell lies to people. Sometimes is justified but almost always there is not a proper solution or information that we can give. Everything is controlled by a merciless algorithm that often gives problems. There are nearly 0 opportunities to progress in the company unless you make friends with specific people. They will push to meet KPIs that are unreal and almost impossible to reach. Some superiors are as toxic as they can be.Don't work here if you can or, if you do, try to find another job asap

Pluspunten

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Minpunten

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Minpunten

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
