Transportation System and it's drivers attitude they let them work shifts for 24 hours without breaks the rule is not really technical support there is sales which is irrelevant instead of improving employee technical skills they let them focus on sales

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Minpunten

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
