very toxic boss and micromanagement from the seniors are leading to the highest turnover. Do yourself a favor and avoid this office.

I really liked the atmosphere at first! it felt very welcoming especially moving fromn another country.

Minpunten

Extremely high turnover and it's impossible to get real responsibilities. Seniors won't delegate and get all the advantages of working there. This is why everyone with a tiny bit of ambition ends up leaving. High level of micromanagement.
