Conduent is closing U.S. offices and moving the business to India. Before you consider any position, do a Google research - Conduent Layoffs, News or Conduent India. They recently opened their 9th office in India. The RIF's are occurring on a monthly basis so any position you accept would be temporary. They are living for the moment. Senior Management, from the VP level to the Department Managers are extremely incompetent, inexperienced and lack leadership skills. The result is no direction and no business strategy. The lack of leadership, no raises and no perks makes for a very toxic and depressing environment. If you accept a position with Conduent, negotiate for a higher salary because your salary will never increase, Never. Be prepared to have your manager constantly refer to your higher salary as an excuse for the lack of salary increases. Save yourself some grief and stay away from this place.
