I learned how to multi-task with 4 chats simultaneously. This was where my patience was tested. Our team was very helpful but you need to learn to work independently because of a lack of support team or SME. Overall, it was a wonderful experience in this company.
Minpunten
No annual performance increase. It was hard to meet the metrics. Lots of challenging customers, hard to manage chats. If you are a newbie in BPO, this is a good training ground, and hope you will be able to last for more than a year; you can definitely use this as a stepping stone in the BPO industry.
