We keep getting wrong payments to our wages every single month. You can complain about it for HR, Finance Department, Team Manegers, it doesn't matter, hopefully next month they will fix this month down payment while cutting from some other side on the next. It's really frustrating. Missing bonus, wrong salary calculations, lack of clarity on the paycheck is the modus operandis of Conectys. It's just how it works. Workers are being forced to have unattainable accuracies to receive the bonus, and even when very few extremely hard workers achieve it, it is not guaranteed that you will receive it. Good luck. Mandatory night shifts from the office also doesn't help to keep you motivated nor with good health. But don't worry, you can schedule a "wellbeing session" so you can try to compensate for the really sh1tty salary and poor work conditions. Last but not least, company doesn't value senior operation workers. Why bringing people from outside the company to do Quality or Managing positions, when they don't know nothing about client policies nor how the company works? No wonder why client is always unhappy with the service Conectys provides. Senior operation workers have to teach their bosses what to do.
