Pluspunten
I admired many on the executive team, and enjoyed creating interest in top talent regarding an opportunity for a new vocation and lease on life. The work/life balance we offered to candidates and enjoyed ourselves was a huge perk. I had the opportunity to strengthen a valuable skillset. However there are significant inconsistencies in strategy, SOPs, communications and direction that made the recruiting position routinely unpleasant.
Minpunten
There is a very apparent misalignment in company objectives and processes; from the start I was struck by the rampant miscommunications and the things that were overlooked, forgotten, or altogether disregarded to the detriment of results. Essentially, there seems to be a lack of clear vision for the future, and from my vantage point: almost no one was on the same page for a meaningful amount of time.
