There is a high bar for hiring and the people coming into the team are experienced and passionate about their work and the success of the company. I'm inspired by my colleagues and, on the hard days (those happen everywhere), their knowledge and enthusiasm inspire me and get me through. The product meets a core business need for companies in all verticals. Huge addressable market and a real shot a building a company that can be huge. Great VCs backing up that idea. Employees are well taken care of. We don't throw money around but it's a very comfortable place to work with great benefits and perks. Very transparent for our stage.
Minpunten
The company is growing quickly and there is a lot of change. You need to be excited about the opportunity that comes with that change. You also need to be proactive about getting information and figuring things out. Not really a con if that's the type of person you are.
