Pluspunten
It was great to be able to make impactful decisions regarding the direction of the team and have opportunities to drive initiatives forward cross-team. This combined with complex problems made the day-to-day work very enjoyable. The company really tries to treat it's employees well with different policies, and upper management seems to know what they're doing.
Minpunten
Career development seems to be at a standstill, and it's hard to tell whether the direct or skip level manager cares about the team as a whole or individual members, or they're just trying to play politics. I joined the company because I believed in it's vision, but during my time here I haven't seen much movement towards the vision that initially drew me. Being one of the few people that leveraged our products internally, the experience left a lot to be desired.
