Nothing to be honest of couple of years stay.

Minpunten

I have worked in this company for couple of years. Wrong people are promoted and they don't stand by the culture. So called IC's they don't allow leaders to take decision or execute. Most of them spend time in self promoting. Company encourages self promoting. Employees do a small drop of water but talk like they have lifted entire ocean. Not sure this company is really worth.

Supportive team culture, good training, and a fast-paced environment with many opportunities to work with large global accounts. Strong compensation and career development opportunities for high performers.

Minpunten

Since the IBM acquisition, there has been uncertainty around the future structure and career path for SDRs. Communication could be more transparent regarding organizational changes, promotion opportunities, and long-term strategy for the SDR organization.
