Pluspunten
I am really loving this company! I just finished my first month and not only am I finding myself getting ahead quickly, I am finishing the team environment and the people I work with to be the best part of the job. Right from my co workers to management. The straight forward coaching and mentorship is exactly what I require. It reminds me of my days playing high school and college athletics. I also had a planned family vacation and they were very flexible about me taking that. I am most excited about the potential the company has for me to grow into management. On my first day I saw a guy who has been with the company for just 6.5 months get promoted into a director role overseeing a big portion of the client base. That was extremely motivating. The pay is great and the clients are all Majot brands like sports teams and industry leaders in the service and telecommunications industry. It's an exciting office atmosphere but the way everyone works together to help each other grow is what is the best part about this company. I can't wait to see what my future holds.

I haven't really found any cons yet. I do know that some people complain about hours, but for me I have always worked longer hours than most and for the right company/environment hours don't really feel like work.
