I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with ConnectSearch IT Recruitment. My recent experience with your company has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. After being initially contacted by one of your recruiters regarding a promising IT position, I was excited about the opportunity. The recruiter seemed enthusiastic and scheduled a follow-up call to discuss the role in detail. However, that is where the professionalism ended. The scheduled call time came and went without any communication from the recruiter. I waited patiently for several days, assuming there might have been an unforeseen delay. When I reached out to inquire about the missed appointment, I received no response. I followed up multiple times over the next couple of weeks via email and phone, but my messages went unanswered. Being ghosted by a recruiter is incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. It not only wastes the candidate’s time but also reflects poorly on your company's reliability and commitment. Job hunting is already a stressful process, and to be treated with such disregard is disheartening. I chose to engage with ConnectSearch IT Recruitment because of your reputed expertise in the industry, but this experience has shattered that perception. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend your services to anyone in the future. Professionalism and communication are key in recruitment, and your company has unfortunately failed on both counts. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that improvements are made to ensure no other candidate has to endure such an unpleasant experience.
